Prayer Requests

 Myra Graham - Myra is still doing well. She has 11 more chemo treatments to go.

Lauren Hightower - Lauren and baby came through her surgery well. She still has a lot of recovering to do, but things are looking good. She should have the results from the tumor this week which will help them develop a plan going forward.

David Wilson - David's white count was pretty low this week, so they delayed his chemo treatment and told him to stay home for a week. He will have one or two more treatments before they decide how to proceed.

Tina Eggar (Carla Wood's sister) - She is still on a vent with covid. She has good days and bad, but seems to be improving.

Dennis  McGarrah's dad has pneumonia. It is not covid related, but he is in his 90s. His nieces are also sick with covid.

Hannah Smith (the Hall's niece) - She is in complete remission from leukemia. They will do a stem cell transplant in February.

Randy Hall - Bro. Roger's brother has covid and is very sick.

Mechele & Ryan Norris - Both have covid.

Caleb, Parker, and Drew Wood - Baby Drew was born Monday. Mom and baby are both healthy.

Announcements

Volunteer Survey & Small Group Availability
Solid Rock would not function without volunteers to operate our ministries. Now is your chance to find a place to serve. There are five question surveys online and on the welcome table so that it is as convenient as possible for you to sign up. Grab a survey from the welcome table, fill it out, and drop it in the offering basket or fill out the survey following this link. The link will also be texted out today at 2 pm.

Also included in the survey is a Small Group Availability question. We need to add another Small Group and need to know the best night to schedule it. Please answer that question on the survey, even if you don't plan to volunteer.

Youth Volunteer Meeting
There will be a Youth Volunteer Meeting after services. We'll be discussing upcoming events and scheduling our four major events for the year: the Egg Hunt, Sports Camp, the Back to School Bash, and Fall Fest.

Food Pantry
We'll be giving away groceries from the Food Pantry this Wednesday from 9-11. If you know of anyone that needs help, please let them know about this event.

Solid Rockers
The Solid Rockers will be meeting this Thursday at 10:00 to watch the Sight & Sound Production of Ruth.

Worship through Giving
There are two ways for you to worship through your giving today. If you would like to give online, click here to give using a credit or debit card. There is also a basket at the exit to collect offerings by cash or check.

Receive Solid Rock Text Alerts

Small Groups
These groups come together each week for a time of prayer and study. Some meet in person and some online. If you would like to join a Small Group, please contact the leader of the group you would like to attend for details. If you do not normally attend, but would like to join, please contact the group leader to get week specific details. Sometimes the groups choose to move things around.
