Camp Rock is our four-night event for kids 4 years through 6th Grade, held at Solid Rock Bentonville (3501 SW Rainbow Farm Rd., Bentonville). We have three tracks to choose from: Legos, Art, and Games. Track One is 7/22-23 and Track Two is 7/24-25. When you register your child, you will be asked to select Legos, Art, or Games for each track. Your child may repeat a track if space is available. Space is limited for Legos and Art, so if you select that track and we fill up, your child will be moved to Games.

Changes for this year:

  • We will not be serving a nightly meal. We will provide drinks throughout and a snack at half time, but we will not provide a meal this year. Please feed your child before the event.

  • You will need to bring your child in for check each night. Previously, we have allowed you to drop your kids off at the door after the first night rather than checking them in. This year, you will have to bring them in to check them in each night.

Tracks

Legos: Kids will be divided up by age and will complete group and individual projects.

Art: Kids will be divided up by age and will work on individual art projects appropriate to their age.

Games: Kids will be divided up by age to play various games each night. They will have a chance to learn new games as well as familiar ones. Kids in Games will be outside during their track. Please send them in closed-toed shoes and apply sunscreen before the event. Water stations will be set up in each area. It is not necessary to send water bottles with them.

Drop Off & Pick Up

Please pre-register your child. If you do not, you will be prompted to register them using the same online form at drop off. Once you register, you will receive an email with a QR code. We will scan that code to check them in. Please bring your phone with that email or the printed QR code to check them in each night.

On the first night, you will be given their name tags and a pick-up tag. This pick-up tag is required to pick your child up. Please keep it. If you lose your pick-up tag, please arrive early so we can issue a replacement before the pick-up line begins. Once you have checked in, we will escort your children to their area and you are free to leave.

To pick up, please arrive by at least 8:25 and join the line in the parking lot. Please place your pick-up tag on the dash of your car. Our volunteers will call out your children and escort them to the car. If you come inside, we will ask you to return to your car. If you forget your pick-up tag, we will ask you to pull to the side until we have a moment to call the number on your child's registration and confirm that you can pick up the child. You will likely be the last one to pick up your child, as we cannot stop the line to look up your information and call.

Special Needs & Allergies

Please list any special needs or allergies on your child’s registration. If your child has a food allergy, we will mark their name tag with a special sticker to let our food volunteers know to check their allergy before serving them. If it’s a special need, we will review it and contact you if we need more information.

Family Day

Join us on 7/26 at 10 AM for our regular service followed by an awards ceremony celebrating the week. Family Day is open to the whole family, and we will provide a meal afterward.
